Sandler & Company, P.C. is a full service CPA firm serving business, individual and financial service clients throughout the United States. Our name was recently changed to reflect the growth of our firm in personnel and services provided.
Sandler & Company, P.C. provides audit, tax, accounting and advisory services to a diversified clientele including hedge funds, private equity funds, commodity pools and investment advisors, as well as medical practices, law firms, real estate developers and investors, high tech, retailers, distributors, manufacturers and high net worth individuals.
We are members of the Hedge Fund Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of CPA's, of which three members of our firm serve on the Alternative Investments Committee. We are also registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. ( PCAOB ) and have successfully passed peer review under the standards established by the Peer Review Board of the American Institute of CPA's.
In addition, we are a member of CPAConnect, a companion association to CPAmerica International, which through its alliance with Crowe Horwath International is the third largest association of independently owned and managed CPA and consulting firms in the world based on annual revenue of member firms. Together, the combined annual revenues of CPAmerica International and Crowe Horwath International firms exceed $2.75 billion. We also have affiliates in NY, NJ and the Cayman Islands.
